Up to 50 years warranty

How can I obtain an extended warranty?

Ask the seller to issue and correctly complete a Warranty Card for the purchased swissporTON ceramic roof tiles. Make sure that the document contains all required information, including the purchase date, product details, purchase document number, signature, and the seller's stamp. The standard warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
Register your purchase at gwarancja.swissporton.pl within 24 months of the purchase date. During registration, complete the form and attach scans of the required documents: the purchase invoice received from the seller and the Warranty Card issued by the seller.
Once the registration process has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the address provided in the registration form. From that moment, the warranty period will be extended from 5 years to 50 years.

Note: The 50-year warranty period for swissporTON ceramic roof tiles is calculated from the roof tile sale date indicated on the VAT invoice issued by the seller, not from the registration date.

How can I obtain an extended warranty?

Ask the seller to issue and correctly complete a Warranty Card for the purchased swissporTON concrete roof tiles. Make sure that the document contains all required information, including the purchase date, product details, purchase document number, signature, and the seller's stamp. The standard warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
Register your purchase at gwarancja.swissporton.pl within 24 months of the purchase date. During registration, complete the form and attach scans of the required documents: the purchase invoice received from the seller and the Warranty Card issued by the seller.

General Conditions for Warranty Claims

Step 1

Ask the seller for a Warranty Card
After purchasing swissporTON roof tiles (ceramic or concrete) or CREATON roof tiles, ask the seller to issue and properly complete the Warranty Card. The document should contain all required information, including product details, purchase date, purchase document number, the seller's signature, and stamp. The standard warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Request the Warranty Card

Provides a 5-year standard warranty.
The Warranty Card is printed and completed by the seller, including the invoice number and signature.

Step 2

Register your purchase online to obtain an extended warranty
To benefit from the extended warranty, register your purchase at gwarancja.swissporton.pl within 24 months of the purchase date. During registration, complete the online form and upload scans of the purchase invoice and the Warranty Card received from the seller.
Once the process is completed, you will receive a registration confirmation at the email address provided.
