Olkusz

The swissporTON concrete roof tile factory in Olkusz was inaugurated on June 23, 1999. Its ceremonial opening marked the symbolic beginning of swisspor Polska’s presence in the domestic market, then operating as EURONIT sp. z o.o.

Covering approximately 4 hectares on the site of a former mine, the plant was one of the most modern facilities of its kind in Europe at the time of completion. Equipped with an automated concrete roof tile production line, it requires only a handful of workers to operate efficiently.

Today, the plant is located in the Olkusz Economic Activity Zone, producing three concrete roof tile models: KAPSTADT, GÖTEBORG, and BREMA.

Since 2004

Lenti

In 2004, the first factory in Lenti (Hungary) was established in the Zala region, rich in high-quality clay. Built directly next to the mine, the location provided ideal logistics and environmental conditions.

Covering approximately 10 hectares, the plant specializes in classic extruded ceramic roof tiles such as HORTOBÁGY, RÓNA, AMBIENTE, and CASTA. During production, the clay is shaped, dried, coated with engobe, and fired in chamotte trays with high precision, ensuring long-lasting durability and aesthetic quality. The site layout enables efficient production and storage, while the company focuses on energy efficiency and sustainability, including foil-free packaging solutions.

Since 2008

Lenti II

The Lenti II plant was built in 2008, also in the Zala region, where high-quality clay resources sufficient for over 100 years and existing industrial and transport infrastructure offered ideal conditions for investment.

Lenti II specializes in pressed roof tiles (reformed and double-lock tiles) such as BALANCE, RAPIDO, and NOMINA. Equipped with modern technology, the factory operates under strict quality standards: clay semi-products are pressed in gypsum molds, dried, engobed, and fired. Firing zones controlled by PLCs ensure consistent, high-quality production throughout the year. Lenti II also focuses on environmentally friendly operations, optimizing energy use and employing recyclable materials.

Poland

Since 2009

Chojnice

The second swissporTON concrete roof tile factory officially opened on June 5, 2009, in Chojnice, Kashubia. The new plant is equipped with two automated production lines, allowing the production of two basic tile models and seven functional tiles.

Thanks to modern technological solutions, visually appealing and durable surfaces – PLANAR and DURATOP PRO – were developed. The first batch of tiles, GÖTEBORG (then PROFIL S), rolled off the production line on February 12, 2009. Currently, the Chojnice plant produces three concrete roof tile models: GÖTEBORG, BREMA, and the 2024 innovation – KIOTO.

Polska

Since 2012

Widziszewo

The third swisspor Polska plant, a ceramic roof tile factory, opened on September 19, 2012. Located near Poznań in the village of Widziszewo, it is the largest and most technologically advanced facility of its kind in Europe.

The site was chosen for its high-quality clay deposits. The factory features one of the world’s longest kilns at 215 meters. Thanks to modern automated production lines, the plant can meet even the highest demand.

Here, the market’s most popular ceramic roof tile, TITANIA, is produced alongside SIMPLA, KODA, and MAXIMA PRO. On the several-hectare site, in addition to the factory, there is an open-pit clay mine, a logistics center, and a modern training center – swisspor ACADEMY.
