Company History – A Heritage of Excellence
We are starting an exciting chapter. CREATON Poland and CREATON South-East Europe become part of the swisspor Group, a leading manufacturer of energy-efficient building solutions in Europe.
A new era. A new brand, swissporTON clay and cement roof tiles, is created. Under the wings of the swisspor Group, it redefines the concept of roofing and sets new quality standards on the market.
Our journey begins. EURONIT sp. z o.o. is established, introducing German concrete roof tiles to the Polish market under the EURONIT brand. This marks the beginning of our adventure with roofs!
We reach a new level. We officially open the most modern concrete roof tile factory in Europe in Olkusz. Innovation has been our priority from the very beginning.
Crossing borders. Production starts at CREATON’s first Hungarian plant in Lenti.
Time for new perspectives. A branch of the German company CREATON begins operations in Krakow, offering ceramic roof tiles renowned for their highest quality throughout Europe.
Doubling our strength. The second CREATON factory in Lenti starts production to meet the growing market demand for high-quality ceramic roof tiles.
Building on solid foundations. Our second concrete roof tile factory in the Kashubian region, belonging to CREATON Poland, is established.
Reaching a new milestone. We officially open the third, largest, and newest ceramic roof tile factory in Europe in Widziszewo, beginning the production of domestic products. It symbolizes our growth and commitment to the local market.
Expanding to the southeast. The entire South-East European region comes under the control of the Hungarian company, covering countries such as Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Kosovo.
